Our boot camp workout is designed to deliver the best weight loss results in only 45 minutes per day.

Our Trainers are experts at creating weight loss results and keeping you safe and motivated both on the floor and off the floor. They don’t stop at correcting form and demonstrating exercises -- they get to know you.

They learn your unique strengths, challenges, goals, and desires. They help tailor your fitness bootcamp to your own lifestyle and needs. Even when you leave boot camp, they’re available through email and Facebook to provide healthy tips and inspiration.

Showing courtesy to all others in the dojang as well as people you meet outside of Taekwondo training. Included in this tenet is observing correct etiquette and manners at all times. Your behavior and attitude must include proper courtesy at all times.

Means to have control over your thoughts as well as your actions. Maintaining a pure mind as well as a pure body by keeping your emotions in check, especially in difficult or trying circumstances.

Your Mind is the Limit!

Kickboxing can be for fitness, self-defense or sport. There are different origins of the sport, but we are most familiar with the American version of kickboxing. Kickboxing combines punches, knees, headbutts, and kicks to disarm an opponent or attacker. A swift front kick to the face is more than enough to disarm any person. The key to kickboxing is speed and agility, the person must strike before the attacker can react and respond.

INDOOR SOCCER

Your Mind is the Limit!

Indoor soccer creates a very fast paced style of play. With so many bodies on such a small field, there is very little opportunity for a high possession style of play where a team can spend time building up an attack.

Instead, the ball is passed around quickly, with a lot of through balls and counter scoring opportunities. This means that players do a lot of running, and typically sub in and out and lot quicker than in outdoor soccer.
